A compass doesn't tell you where to go. It shows you where you are.

You're not lost.
You're oriented to someone else's North Star.

You've likely already tried to figure yourself out.

Therapy. Frameworks. Systems. Language. You understand a lot. Maybe more than most.

And still—something doesn't land.

—you don't quite fit the models you've been given

—your intensity gets pathologized or simplified

—your way of thinking doesn't translate cleanly into the world

So you adapt. You override. You learn how to make yourself legible.

But legibility is not the same thing as location.

THIS IS NOT SELF-IMPROVEMENT.

This is orientation

The work of The UnDiva is helping you locate yourself: in your body, in your thinking, in your history, in the systems you're moving through.

Not to fix you. Not to optimize you.

But so you can see clearly enough to stop contorting around maps that were never made for you.

WHAT HAPPENS HERE.

I don't give you answers.

I track patterns across layers—voice, body, language, system, lineage. I name what's happening in real time, precisely enough that you can recognize it as yours.

And then:

"Oh. There I am."

Not as an idea. As recognition.

THERE ISN'T A FUNNEL. THERE ARE ENTRY POINTS.

THREE WAYS IN

READ THE WRITING

This is the centre.

The writing does the first layer of the work—it lets you recognize yourself before anything is asked of you.

PHOTOGRAPHY

The visual work.

Photography as noticing, reverence, relationship—
a practice of attention made visible.

WORK WITH ME

Unsure what you need?

If something here is pulling at you and you want to say so, get in touch. Tell me what's going on. We'll figure out what makes sense from there.

"Helping people come home to themselves
so the whole can be whole."

CINDY KOISTINEN · THE UNDIVA

ABOUT

I'm Cindy Koistinen.

What I bring to this work isn't a single discipline or credential. It's a way of seeing built over a lifetime — decades of working with the body and voice, a mind that moves across domains and tracks patterns others miss, thirty-plus years inside a cross-cultural relationship that reshaped how I understand knowledge, place, and relation.

It means I can see what's actually happening — across your voice, your body, your history, the systems you're moving through — and name it precisely enough that you can work with it.

START WHERE YOU ARE

You don't need to decide anything yet.

Read something. See what lands. Notice what becomes clearer.

Not becoming someone else.
Not fixing what you are.
Getting located.

"In a world where we are so hounded to be someone else, the invitation and space to be our self is a treasure."

And from there — moving differently.
