Reclaim Your Voice, Reclaim Your Power

Service Description

Your voice is more than sound—it’s your essence, your truth, your power. Radical Voicework is a transformative process that goes beyond traditional singing or speaking lessons. It’s about reclaiming the full range of your voice—physically, emotionally, and energetically—so you can express yourself with confidence, depth, and authenticity. Rooted in body awareness, breath, and emotional connection, these sessions blend embodied voicework, nervous system regulation, and radical self-trust. Whether you’re looking to sing with more freedom, speak with more presence, or break through years of conditioning that have silenced you, this work will guide you home to your voice. What You Can Expect A Safe, Supportive Space – No judgment, no perfectionism—just a deep, compassionate exploration of your voice. Embodiment Practices – Movement, breathwork, and grounding exercises to release tension and awaken your voice from the inside out. Voice Liberation – Techniques to access your full vocal range, resonance, and power, free from fear or inhibition. Expression & Truth-Telling – Practices to connect your voice with your emotions, intuition, and personal truth. Integration & Play – Conversations about how to bridge voicework with daily life, so you can carry this freedom into your speaking, singing, and self-expression. This is not about sounding “better.” It’s about sounding more like YOU. ** Radical Voicework is bundled as a three-session package to allow us to build trust, establish sacred space, and give you a genuine taste of voice work's transformative power. While three sessions is just the beginning of what this practice can offer, it provides enough time to experience real shifts and determine if this path resonates with your journey. In order to get the most out of your sessions, please ensure you have a good internet connection, adequate space to move around, wear something you feel comfortable to move in, make sure your background is off and turn the gain down if you have a specialized microphone.

With deep respect and gratitude, I acknowledge that the land on which I work and live is Treaty Six Territory; traditional territories of the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit people. My deepest gratitude and respect is extended to the original stewards of these lands and it is part of my mission through my work to help settlers who have forgotten their place in the web of life to situate themselves appropriately so they can be in right relation with the world.

I want to acknowledge the deep wisdom I have been entrusted with through my relationships with Indigenous teachers, family, and friends. The insights I share have been shaped by their generosity, guidance, and lived experience, and I do not claim them as my own.

I offer my deepest gratitude and respect to those who have shared their knowledge with me, and I commit to honoring it with integrity, humility, and care, while consciously and continually learning how to best share my gifts in service to all creation.
